These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the hytrd website and recharge service. By using the site you accept these terms. hytrd is a demonstration brand and this document is a sample for illustrative purposes.
You must provide accurate information, including a valid mobile number and payment details, when placing a recharge. You are responsible for entering the correct number — data is delivered to the number provided and completed recharges cannot be reversed.
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. If a payment fails, no data is delivered and no amount is charged.
Packages are normally delivered within seconds of a successful payment. In rare cases of network delay, delivery may take a few minutes. If a package is not delivered, contact support for a resolution.
Because packages are delivered instantly and consumed digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a package was charged but not delivered, you are entitled to redelivery or a full refund.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to defraud the payment system, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
